Batik Your Own Christmas Collection

A refined online masterclass where traditional batik meets the warmth of country-house interiors and equestrian heritage.

Create an elegant collection for your home, inspired by rich colours, natural textures and the timeless character of country-house living at Christmas.

The Christmas Edit Batik Masterclass

A curated online batik experience by Hues of Batik Design House

The masterclass takes place through four two-hour live online sessions across two weekends, allowing you to complete each stage comfortably between sessions.

To provide thoughtful individual guidance throughout every stage, this intimate experience is limited to eight participants per group.

Choose What You Will Create

Select one of three coordinated collections to create throughout the masterclass.

Once your place is confirmed, you will be invited to select your preferred edit. All three edits are offered at the same price.

1. The Complete Christmas Edit

2 Cushions · 2 Placemats · 2 Coasters · 2 Napkins

A complete collection designed to bring handcrafted character to both your sitting room and Christmas table.

2. The Signature Cushion Edit

6 Cushions

Create a distinctive collection of batik cushions designed to bring colour, texture and character to your home.

3. The Christmas Table Edit

4 Placemats · 4 Coasters · 4 Napkins

Create a coordinated batik collection for a warm, characterful and beautifully layered Christmas table.

You will create each piece using Hues of Batik’s signature techniques and a rich festive palette inspired by equestrian heritage and the warmth of country-house interiors.

By the end of the masterclass, you will have a distinctive Christmas collection made entirely by you. It will be something meaningful, practical and beautiful enough to bring out year after year.

You will also leave with:

  • Experience of the complete batik process, from sketch to final reveal

  • The confidence to wax, dye, boil and finish your own batik pieces

Please Note

As each kit is individually prepared, the shape, colour and appearance of certain tools and materials may vary slightly from those shown in photographs.

Batik is created entirely by hand, so the colours, patterns and wax markings of every finished cushion, placemat, napkin and coaster will naturally vary. These individual characteristics are an essential part of the craft, making every Christmas collection entirely unique.

The interior settings shown have been AI-generated to help you visualise how the finished pieces may be styled within a home. They are presented for styling inspiration only and may not represent the exact scale, colour or final appearance of your handcrafted pieces.
